Email our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Provide Documentation
For damaged goods or quality concerns, please attach a photo of the product and the packaging to help us improve our roasting and shipping processes.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a full refund, store credit, or a fresh replacement shipment.
Resolution
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days; there is no need to mail back perishable coffee items.
